In this role, I work with Statewide & Regional Planning team to facilitate the Colorado statewide transportation planning process, including the development of the long-range statewide multimodal transportation plan and the integration of the Department’s other modal plans. I also serve as a liaison to several of Colorado's Rural Transportation Planning Regions and provide CDOT's Multimodal Planning Branch with strategic communications support, developing fact sheets, web content, presentations, infographics, reports, and other materials related to key planning documents.
In my role at CDOT, I developed materials to implement the 2045 Statewide Transportation Plan, including Project Fact Sheets, updates to the 10-year Vision Document, and other informational documents. I developed and managed CDOT planning and freight web pages and web-based tools, presentations, and other outreach materials, including the development of new and updated infographics for use in public outreach and educational materials. I also assisted in regional public outreach and communication projects, including meetings with TPRs and MPOs; performed research on state-of-the-practice data analysis for transportation policy, public engagement, technology, and economic activities and develop methodologies for implementation; and conducted statistical and geospatial analysis of transportation, demographic, economic, and other datasets.
