I am a hardworking driven student who is currently enrolled in Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. I have decided to studying marketing and management because leadership and interaction with others is very important to me. During my life I have actively pursued opportunities to cultivate my leadership skills and create a culture of honesty and loyalty. During my senior year in high school , was a part of an entrepreneurship group where I was the elected leader and the team and I were able to successfully raise or $15,000. During management projects, I prioritize transparency and open communication, which creates a sense of trust among the team members that ultimately leads us to success. I have also worked as an assistant in a law office which allowed me to explore other management sectors, and made me a very decisive person. In the future, I am eager to continue embodying these values of honesty, loyalty, passion, and leadership in my future endeavors. I am drawn to a role that allows me to innovate, collaborate, and create meaningful change in the business world. I am excited about the prospect of contributing my skills and experiences to an organization that shares my values and vision for success.
