Hi, I'm Ashley Varner, an analytics expert trying to transform the world of data analysis. I use data and analytics to help companies drive more revenue, improve site experience, and better understand their customer journey. I develop short and long term strategic analytics plans, which includes putting together technical, analytics forward roadmaps that address best practices for collecting data, cleaning data, understanding the data and analyzing data to make more informed business decisions. I work with C Suite and VPs to take their high-level business objectives and goals and pair them with data and KPIs. I provide my clients with a data-driven understanding of their business that enables them to make more impactful decisions. I've launched many ecommerce websites that have gone on to generate hundreds of millions in revenue. Some examples include major brands in the automotive, agriculture, construction, rv, health & wellness, beauty, and veterinarian industries. I've spent many years working with Fortune 500 companies. I've done everything from strategizing digital advertising campaigns, to launching brand new responsive websites, and creating complete testing and optimization plans. I also have always been another part of the marketing and advertising teams by using analytics and data to inform future campaigns. Some brands I've worked with include Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, LG, Hankook Tires, Corteva, ABC Supply, National Veterinarian Association, Lippert, Ford, Organifi, Drybar, BuickGMC, Ram, Jeep, Pedego Bikes, Konica Minolta and many others. Outside of analytics I'm a massive animal lover and my passion for rescue dogs is what led me to volunteer at a local shelter and start fostering puppies. My two rescue pitbulls are my inspiration for being a proud vegan, and I believe that my love of animals motivates me to make a positive impact on the world. This is a main driving impact in my life. I also volunteer with Out in Tech as part of the Los Angeles Leadership Team and put on various types of events for queer people in tech and queer women.
Listed skills include Microsoft Excel, Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization, and 10 others.
