After almost five years of scaling Duo Security (20 --> 500+ employees and global expansion 1-4 offices - A2, Bay Area, London & Austin) as the Director of People & Culture and most recently the Director of Employer Brand, I decided it was time to focus on my family. In December I made a change to be a Stay at Home Mom. I continue to be a passionate supporter of the Ann Arbor start-up community and other People Team leaders/Founders locally. Love exploring new HR technology and being an advocate for products that are filling big gaps in a notoriously under-served market. I enjoy being a part of and fostering community in the Ann Arbor start-up scene, and I'm looking forward to building more here!
