As Recruitment and Marketing Vice President, I was responsible for two teams totaling six positions. The Recruitment team organized and executed formal and informal recruitment for our chapter. Formal recruitment events included five days of individualized events and conversation. Informal recruitment events included dinners, and social and volunteer events. The Marketing team planned PR events to increase visibility on campus, as well as running all social media accounts for our organization and organizing orders for apparel.
