In my role as a caterer at Benedict's Catering, I've had the privilege of working at both private and corporate events for prestigious luxury brands such as Tiffany & Co., Gucci, Dior, and even had the opportunity to cater for the Neiman Marcus Fashion Show during Super Bowl XLVII. During my time with the company, I have cultivated strong interpersonal communication skills, which proved essential when interacting with high paying clients. The company relied on my ability to effectively collaborate with and address any specific needs our discerning clients had.

As an Amazon Inbound Worker, I excelled in efficiently handling incoming shipments. My role involved receiving, unloading, and inspecting products for quality. I sorted and organized items with precision, maintaining accurate inventory records using technology. I collaborated effectively with the team, ensuring the smooth workflow and proper warehouse organization. My commitment to deadlines and accurate documentation reflects my dedication to a well-functioning work environment.

At CycleBar I learned to field customer complaints and facilitate negotiations, resolve issues and reach mutual conclusions. I managed over 20 calls and texts per day. I worked on updating our client Excel spreadsheet as well as our membership profit spreadsheet. I met with our existing customers to review current services and expand sales opportunities. Lastly, I would sit in on classes and ride the side bar along with the class instructor to demonstrate the activities that were being taught in class.
