● Assisting Early Intervention (EI) Program with startup of ABA services, provided to children 3 years old toadults 21 years old diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder● Reaches out to families that aged out of EI program to discuss ABA services and support them through intake process, providing referrals and resources when necessary● Verifies benefits of the child independently, and via outside agency, and collects required documentation from families to submit Authorization Request to insurance company for Initial Assessment of Services● Coordinates with Authorization Specialist and schedules BCBA/LBAs and RBTs to cases when active● Creates fliers, documents, and materials related to the data tracking and marketing of the ABA program● Trains and supervises the Assistant Care Coordinator in all processes related to the program

- Conduct assessment triage and sign consent paperwork with all incoming patients - Compile clinical paperwork for admissions and send to appropriate health insurance companies- Assist clinical staff as necessary with referrals and resources during discharge planning - Compile and send internal transfer paperwork to insurance companies, when necessary- Assist in the creation of forms, materials, processes due to facility being under one year old - Assist with front desk duties as necessary

- Conducted phone screenings to determine level of care needs for prospective patients. - Conducted case conferences with medical and clinical teams for returning patients to determine eligibility to return to outpatient detox setting. - Facilitated LGBTQ group within outpatient rehabilitation program.- Worked on updates to company website and created monthly newsletters for individuals on mailing list.

Community mental health clubhouse● Successfully engaged caseload of members, ranging from 15-35 individuals, whom are voluntary to theprogram, through Social Practice in the Beautification and Maintenance teams in the Home & Garden Unit● Managed a law firm mailroom Transitional Employment site; training members of Fountain House on the work of the site and assisting with building their employment skills in recovery● Facilitated Evening Weekend Program events on a rotating basis, utilizing unique and creative ways of engaging membership during nights, weekends, and holidays● Provided trauma-informed care while conducting biopsychosocial assessments● Supervised Masters-level student, engaged with Inclusivity Committee, during the COVID-19 pandemic● Assisted in the development and implementation of a Virtual Clubhouse during the COVID-19 pandemic● Collaboratively created, oversaw and engaged members in the work of the Young Adults group, Queer Council, Inclusivity Committee, and Advocacy Committees
