A welcoming one-track, one-day conference for developers and designers who work on the web.Part of a team of organisers for the conference held at The Crucible in Sheffield in February 2020. Eight speakers, over 300 attendees, and lots of great feedback.

Managing a small web team I lead on developing and maintaining a range of internal and public websites from small campaign sites to large corporate intranets, taking the development from concept to information architecture to design then to build and launch. Achievements in this role have included: redevelopment of the NHS Sheffield intranet and public website (www.sheffield.nhs.uk); successful development and implementation of bespoke applications to improve working practices, eg. online forms, training prospectus and booking system; development of the Your Health Matters website (yhmsheffield.org.uk) to encourage people to take one small step to improve their lifestyle by making pledges online.

Administering content for NHS Sheffield's intranet and public website, it involved uploading content, developing new sections of the sites and ensuring the sites were kept up to date.

Administration role involving sourcing and advertising work placements for students, organising interviews, plus general administration duties.
