Responsible for external and internal social media promotions. The program included three main events and multiple executive meetings designed for public exposure for the project. In charge of RFPs, venue selection, food and beverage management, among other responsibilities. "Day of" logistics and execution, including full speaker's agenda and audio/visual/technology coordination. In charge of driving social awareness by the organization of weekly events with diverse goals, ranging from fundraising for local parks and schools to individuals with disabilities and terminal illnesses. Completed hundreds of individually focused events on-site and on third party venues and built micro-media campaigns for exposure and recognition, including social media, reaching out to local print and radio media. Directly responsible for managing thousands of clients and customer relationships, developed policies and procedures from the ground up, and redesigned the company's branding and social media presence.

Managed marketing and social media channels for the Winter Festival of Lights Experience for the city of Niagara Falls and the Ontario Ministry of Tourism. In charge of reviewing and proofreading advertising materials, grants, and award applications.
