In late 2020, I founded Noctua Interativa as a startup model for developing interactive projects in hybrid and digital formats.Currently, I structure business models and their respective operational flows for the stages of conception, prototyping, and product development.

I joined Pomme D'Or Group as a collaborator to develop the communication structure of the network and its subsidiaries, structuring their content dissemination channels and team consultation services for users.I also developed purchase journeys based on the commercial fronts that the Group delivers to the market.

In 2016, I was promoted to the position of Digital Marketing Coordinator at Galvão, where I was able to apply my knowledge of team management and a good flow of deliverables for the company's clients.I developed strategies for audience segmentation based on interests and location for each client in order to maximize the results of investment in digital advertising spaces.

I worked for one year as Community Manager and Social Media Analyst at Galvão Comunicação. During this time, I delved into qualitative and quantitative data analysis of user engagement with the agency's clients.I engaged in more empathetic approaches with users using direct communication channels that enabled an increase in user-company reliability and loyalty.
