As a part of the senior management team for the Economy and Governance division, I work to support the mission of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions to promote and strengthen local self-government and development of welfare for all citizens, based on local needs. My focus is large strategic initiatives within innovation, digitalization and AI.

The section leads and coordinates the work of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions on digitalization, innovation and AI implementation in the public sector.

SALAR International is a part of the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions. We work globally to strengthen democracy and good governance at the local level. We focus on the development of well-functioning local and regional administrations. Our vision is a world where all people have the power to shape their own lives in inclusive local democracies and sustainable communities.

Leading on design and implementation of business development strategy

* Contributed to strategic leadership and operations of the Swedish Evaluation Association* Together with key experts in evaluation field, organized and facilitated the biannual conference of the association* Contributed to revision of the association's stakeholder engagement and communication strategies

* Supported UNDP Ukraine in development of the approach for implementation of Agenda 2030/Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the program development, partnerships and communication. * Supported UNDP-led work on developing local and regional SDG indicators and a monitoring system for SDGs on the national level. * Contributed to strengthening the engagement with ministries, parliamentary committees, UN system, civil society, donor community and business on the SDGs. Reported to Country Director.

The company offered advisory services to public agencies at all levels within the area of economic development. In May 2016, SA Policy Consulting became a part of Oxford Research.

Managed a department of twelve people and was a part the organizations management team. Delivered analytical studies and statistical reports to Swedish government on topics that included business creation and growth, global value chains, sustainability, women entrepreneurship and regulatory environment for business. Had continuous dialogue with high-level government officials. Organized and participated in conferences, workshops and working groups.

Conducting academic research within the areas of entrepreneurial finance and evaluation of public initiatives towards increasing access to finance for SMEs. Lecturing and supervising thesis work on entrepreneurship and innovation (Master level).January 2011 - December 2011 was Director of Studies for graduate education. This involved planning and coordinating educational activities, quality development of the contents of the courses, teaching methods and examination forms.January 2012 - April 2012 had a visiting scholar position at Centre of Excellence for Science and Innovation Studies (CESIS), Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.

I joined the Stockholm office of Ramboll Management Consulting in November 2008 as a consultant within Business and Industry Analysis. The main focus of my work was analyzing and developing institutional conditions for business in Sweden.

Conducted a large research project on the subject of the national market of private venture capital in Sweden, with a focus on investment behavior, regional differences in supply of finance and the economic impact of private venture capital. Had full project responsibility, including defining research objectives, research planning and design, data gathering, data analysis and reporting of the results. Reported the results to Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth and Swedish Foundation of Small Business Research.January 2007 - June 2007 had a visiting scholar position at University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
