 To supervise the activities of Sub Contractor Workmen posted at the job site. To collect the delivery/ installation and final payments on a regular basis. Drive to complete project in time and to ensure that no L.D. is levied by client by doing proper documentation. To raise monthly bills and give invoice instruction to Finance Department every month for each billing of projects. To reply to customer queries through notes/ email on a regular basis. To send the progress reports on the weekly / biweekly basis to customers. To evaluate the subcontractors/suppliers as per ISO requirements. To get new subcontractors/vendors for the organization based on their capabilities to deliver.  To ensure data sheets, drawings, heat loads etc. are submitted to the client on time. To arrange for approval of variations in the BOQ from customers on time Cultivating a good relationship with clients/consultants & vendors/contractors

 Operation, Servicing & Maintenance of Central Chiller Plant and VAM 400TR (Thermax) AC Plants. Maintain building & equipment in accordance with statutory requirements and administrative guidelines. Participate in safety training program, Energy saving program, and Costs & consumption regulations. Operation and Preventive Maintenance of Diesel Generator Sets and Isolator, H.T & L.T Panels, Starter, Power control wiring etc. Operation of Softener water treatment plant, Sewerage water treatment plant & Reverse Osmosis water treatment plant. Operation, Servicing & Maintenance of Fire fighting system. Maintain the Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Equipment History card and Maintenance Record. Maintain the Inventory level of spares up to required levels. Undertakes evaluation, prevention, repair and maintenance measures for engineering equipment on ongoing basis.
