Maintaining the Dimensional Tolerances & Visual Inspection according to the requirement of customer. Checking the Weld Quality in regular intervals by conducting Macro Examination. Maintaining Quality Standards for incoming Raw Materials Document submission of approved L sections, Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Test Plan (ITP), WPS, PQR, SOP, Etc. relative documents for clients approval. Planning & Monitoring the site activates to achieve the target. Conducting welder qualification (WQT) as per ASME Section ix. Checking of incoming materials like plates, Paint, & Welding consumables with Data Sheet and test certificates. Monitoring of SAW Parameter, Welding Current, Speed & Raw Material Inspection of all welding consumables with test certificates & batch no.

Planning and executing of the man power and work schedule. Develop and maintain of monthly management by objective (MBO) Plans. Support ISO/TS 16949-2002 initiatives. Inspection of Raw material / Material handling. Be a participating member of our Safety Council. To ensure whether the process control & quality standards are met. Develop operational strategies to achieve production and financial objectives. Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
