After almost two years working as a MLWD field engineer in the @ccess program, I joined PetroTechnical Services group as an Well Placement engineer position in charge of Real-time geosteering of horizonta wells based on geological and petrophysical data out of Midland, Texas. The role requires good understanding of related MLWD operations as well as other areas such as petrophysics, seismics, reservoir modeling and directional drilling. I have helped geosteer close to 70 horizontal wells in targets as thin as 5 ft using GR, RT images and Directional Resistivity Boundary mapping technology. The targets are in the 3rd Bone Spring, Wolfcamp (Permian, TX), Marcellus (PA), arctic oil (CA), coal seam (Australia) and Kuparuk Sand (Alaska).I also performed reservoir engineering task by creating a simulation model for the 3rd Bone Spring sands with hydraulically fractured horizontal wells from geological modeling to simulation runs with ECLIPSE engine (SPE-173600).

Work as Drilling & Measurement field engineer trainee in Vung Tau, Vietnam for 6 months before being transferred to Oklahoma D&M base, OKC. Currently work as lead M/LWD field engineer at various locations in Oklahoma and TX.

Working as a vacation trainee in consulting service group, DCS, Schlumberger in Ahmadi, Kuwait. Participated in Khafji field development project for KOC.

Worked as a vacation trainee in data service group, DCS, Schlumberger in Bangkok, Thailand. Analyzed and generated reports on XPT and SRFT formation test data for clients (mostly for PTTEP).

I performed various technical tasks as a reservoir engineer for a PetroVietnam subsidiary. Participated in its first self operating reservoir simulation study on a geologically complex gas field using ECLIPSE reservoir simulator. Participated in various projects of the company in Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia and Algeria.
