Ormit Multicompany Traineeship AssignmentThe STIB has been mandated by the Brussels' government to create a Mobility as a Service application to facilitate the modal shift away from car usage in the Brussels Capital Region. Within this new, fast-paced, exciting & agile MaaS project team at STIB, I played a double role:1) Pilot application Product Manager2) Mobility Hub Project ManagerResearch shows it is absolutely essential to support a "virtual" MaaS solution (application) with a "physical" network of MaaS points = Mobility Hubs. Since this is an equally new concept as the "virtual" MaaS, STIB opted to try out a few Proof of Concept Mobility Hubs to be able to position itself in the evolution of this concept.

Ormit Multicompany Traineeship assignment In the company-wide project seeking to implement a new ERP system, I worked as a Business Analyst for the Customer Care domain. This domain in the project sought to translate all after sales activities into the new system such as: fuel cards, processing of work orders on the cars, insurance, fines management etc.A few realisations during my time at VDFin:- Assured a successful technical & functional integration of the new ERP system with a communication tool shared between leasing company and dealers to process workorders (this was a sub-project I supported as a PMO and BA)- Helped organise and execute multiple large-scale testing sessions of the system with 15+ people- Stakeholder management between the business (users), project members, supplier of the system + other third parties- I got to be part of a critical migration workshop that reshaped the customer/supplier structure of the company
