Ave Carrillo is a multimedia producer and storyteller with over 25 years of experience. She currently is seeking opportunities!Most recently, she was Executive Producer of Local Podcasts at WNYC where she launched NYC Now, and before that was Senior Producer for the New Yorker Radio Hour, overseeing a crack team of producers, and sound designers to create a weekly program in conjunction with WNYC and The New Yorker Magazine to create something wholly new. Previously, she was a producer at Psyop and The Mill specializing in design, 2D & 3D animation. Additionally, she serves as co-curator for the 2-day creativity festival F5 (f5fest.com), attracting over 1200 thinkers and doers who are breaking ground and shaping new standards in media and design. At Psyop, she co-founded EGG, Establishment for the Greater Good, an artist residency program that created work to highlight social causes for no or low cost to clients.
