I have completed my dual masters degree in Architecture and Construction Management from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign, USA. As a licensed architect in USA and India with over 23 years of global experience, including 8 years in Middle East, my past and present role encompasses comprehensive studio management, team development and in assisting on new business opportunities, besides the core expertise in Architecture and Healthcare Planning supervising multiple projects. As Senior Healthcare Planner, I lead and oversee health planning, client discussions and design charrettes from initial stages alongside integration of services and systems within the larger design and masterplan context. Understanding client needs, helping them define and achieve their objectives while maintaining the highest standards has always been my forte. Having worked extensively on multiple projects globally, I understand regional details and the intricacies involved in bringing design intent to fruition. It is these fine nuances that differentiate any regular project from a 'well designed' project. I look into all facets within the design studio and fully appreciate and respect an individual’s capability. A project’s success solely lies on comprehensive teamwork and I always strive to drive that message home amongst all designers, architects and engineers on any project. As a team member I feel completely responsible for success and shortfalls of my team.
