Currently I am an Assistant Manager at Cutters Wharf Bar and Restaurant in Belfast. I am also a graduate of Hospitality Management from the University of Ulster. During my four years completing this course, I gained knowledge in many areas of Business Management in relation to Hospitality including; marketing, accounting, event management, leadership and business performance. I completed a 9 month internship over two seasons with Ocean Properties Hotels, Resorts and Affiliates, in Bar Harbor, Maine in 2012. During this internship I rotated throughout their 5 restaurants and banquet venues. Since my internship, I continued another 2 seasons with this company as it was an invaluable learning experience. My last season working in Maine presented me with the opportunity to work in the British Virgin Islands for 7 months in 2015/2016. This experience was once in a life time opportunity living and working in one of the most beautiful areas of the Caribbean.
