I have 20+ years of work experience as IT manager, IT program and project manager applied in international context in Cloud Computing, Internet, Telecom or E-Commerce industries.Starting in 2000 at Capgemini Telecom and Media for 5 years where I have been leading teams for the implementation of billing and CRM systems, I have been dealing with complex information systems architecture, multiple project contexts and technologies while learning the fundamentals of project management, quality control, customer expectations management and team leading.In 2005 I co-founded Inoven, a consulting firm with a focus on bridging the gap between business and technologies. While leading teams on client side acting as Program/Project Manager, I have been involved in the development of the company from 5 co-founders to 40 consultants in 2010.From 2010 on, I started as independent IT Consultant, with a focus on cloud solutions, digital transformation and agile methodologies.
