• Support Channel Operations Manager and Sales on the day to day registration of new agents• Handle agent recruitment process which include agents' assessments, sending T&C and agreements, liaising with sales and potential agents on partnership enquiries and outcome• Assist in updating contracts to agents, maintaining and recording all documentation in Salesforce for existing agents and reactivated agents.• Liaise with internal stakeholders and potential agents to deliver the highest level of parter registration and operational support• Review, propose and execute ideas to aid in improvements on process• All other ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superiror from time to time

• Provide HR, administrative and Finance Functions / activities support• Payment processing • Project support in business development • Web design • Liaise phone call with internal and external vendors • Work closely with various internal groups to understand business requirements, implement new processes, and contribute ongoing process improvement strategies• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Handle daily transactions of remittances and FXXM settlements • Update and reconciliation of clients’ account • Record and filling of daily FX transactions • Liaise with High Net worth individual • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

• Provide administrative support and proper filling system • Organize and schedule aircon and delivery appointments • Handle and maintain proper records of feedback or complaints received from customers

• Present and sell merchant payment solutions product by canvassing and cold calling
