  During my time working as an Associate Director for another Security provider, I was fortunate enough to take on the day to day running of the business whilst the Managing Director worked full-time at the Commonwealth Games held in Glasgow. This saw me managing the full time staff, looking after new & existing clients and facilitating their requirements, whilst looking for new business, implementing new procedures and developing the current staff database to help with staff retention. Developing new ACS & ISO9001 policies with the business support manager.Operationally I managed various events such as London Marathon finish line, Bupa 10k, Epson Derby (the hill), Dukes Polo and Prudential Ride London, as well as supervising over 100 SIA & Stewards during 1 day – 5 day events. In the run up to these events I was heavily involved with SAG meetings, staff scheduling, risk assessments, designing new security & stewarding plans and liaising with local & government agencies.During this time I was heavily involved in various tenders and was delighted to find out I was successful on securing a contract towards the end of my time with the company. This was a tender I had solely been working on, from compiling a 113 page proposal, security & stewarding pricing schedule and attending interview.2015 looks to be an amazing year ahead and I look forward to working with some great colleagues and clients I had the privilege of working with in 2014. I am currently seeking new opportunities.
