Avenues - The Placement Cell of Kirori Mal College is the oldest placement cell operating under the aegis of University of Delhi, and in it's essence, is a student-driven body officiating as an integral link between the student body and corporate organisations. A strong inculcation of professionalism and dedication has resulted in some of the most renowned companies recruiting the finest of talent from our esteemed institution.The Cell acts as the point of contact for all companies that wish to recruit students from Kirori Mal College. It facilitates the entire process of collecting and reviewing the CVs of the students, to organising Pre-Placement talks by companies & Startups, to the final induction process.To ensure an equitable access to placement opportunities by each student and satisfaction & surety of companies regarding their new recruits, we maintain a cap on the maximum number of offer letters a student can sign in his final academic year. For a systematized application procedure, companies are categorized into 3 Tiers on the basis of the CTC offered, profile offered, and company profile itself.Through our persistent and consistent efforts, students have successfully achieved not only their final placement but various internships as well.
