About Anthony Joshua Uy
I lived in Davao City, Philippines since February 27 1998 (since I was born), and graduated with a college degree at Ateneo de Davao University, majoring in Information Technology. I learn a lot with a team, especially from fellow developers. I ask a lot about software development languages, frameworks, libraries, architecture, and patterns that they know, and the why and how they are applicable on certain situations but not asking too much for specific details, just key words, I could study the rest of the details on my own through articles, books, documentations, or etc. I try to also ask on how they try to find and solve problems regardless of their level of experience, trying to learn from them as much as I can.I am a curious guy, overall. I know that almost anything in the world can be learned with proper research, and can be mastered with trial and error. "You can fail as much as you want until you succeed, just don't do it on production" is what I believe haha. I also believe that A.I will not replace my job, as determining the right solution and requirements for clients, tailored for their specific business needs and wants is something that A.I can never do. People who use A.I properly, and efficiently, will definitely replace me. Innovation never stops.

I worked for the company for 10 months, I managed to build an app for the client (Alipay), and satisfied all their initial requirements, and deploy it on a production server that is now live. I also did some minor tasks, here are what I contributed during my stay:- I was a lead developer of a project/app that automates a business and software process or procedure related to the microservice containers and ECS Instance of the web app for a bank. Had some help with co-workers that code reviewed, suggested, and improved certain sections on my app. I managed to finish developing the app within 3 months, I worked on the front-end, back-end, database, unit testing, documenting, and designing.- helped in deploying the app to production, observed, and maintaining the app till the end of my employment which are for 2 months.- proofread software-related documents (markdown files) that were translated from Chinese to English did them all during my first 6 months of stay.- created power point presentations for the team to knowledge-share such as spring-boot, observability, did all those for during my first 6 months of stay.
