I take over substandard internal roles and build a confident and knowledgeable team that has the ability to become entirely self sufficient and tackle any obstacle.Over my years of Military service, I have had the unique opportunity to serve on both the combat and logistic sides of the Army. Learning how to operate and lead while working with both high-pressure and delicate situations have molded me into the leader I am today. I learn from those around me constantly and help develop subordinates and peers through personal growth and trust. I have been assigned special roles for critical missions involving conflict & crisis, personnel relations, solving critical logistical problems, monitoring multimillion dollars worth of equipment and inventory, and setting the standards for a successful accountability system. I am a highly driven and motivated individual that will not let myself or others around me fail. I achieve not only my goals, but my companies goals through the knowledge and skills I have learned in the Military, as well as the knowledge of those around. I believe the most valuable character traits that any good leader can learn is humility and receptiveness.
