Averi Short Email and Phone Number

My name is Averi Short and just some words my peers, family, and employers would use to describe me are creative, honest, and passionate. I put 110% into whatever I do, and never less. I am the oldest daughter of 3 and this has taught me responsibility and leadership. I have been dancing since I was 2 years old and have grown a love for what I do. A few things I have participated in include competitive studio dance and drill team at Farmington High School. In 2020 and 2021 we were awarded the 5A UHSAA Drill Team State Championship. After high school, I attended the University of Utah and Southern Utah University in undergraduate studies. I am attending Utah Valley University working towards a BS of Criminal Justice to obtain a masters degree in forensic social work. I have experience in various fields of work. Some of my jobs include cashier, janitorial, concessions and food handling, assisting dance classes and instruction dance classes of all ages, and customer service/security system monitoring. Teaching is one of many things I am passionate about. It’s one of many goals to continue teaching and hopefully choreographing worldwide.
