Founder and Co-CEO of Launch Girls, a nonprofit dedicated to unlocking the potential of adolescent girls to lead, create, and drive change. We create entrepreneurial education curricula rooted in research and reality, designed for adolescent girls ages 12-24 in Southeast Asia and Africa. Launch Girls’ programming is customizable and scalable, impacting girls and young women through trusted girl-serving organizations in their own communities. To date, Launch Girls has impacted over 12,000 girls in 16 different countries with our suite of Girl Boss programs.

Developed a market entry strategy for Goldman’s Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and Impact Investing division, targeting 38 U.S. public pension funds and co-wrote a white paper entitled “From Values-Based to Adding Material Value: ESG integration and public pension plans"

Co-founder and Executive Director of VOICE 4 Girls, a social enterprise still actively focused on educating and empowering adolescent girls through extracurricular programming that enables them to recognize and act upon their personal and social value. During tenure, reached over 10,000 adolescent girls across three states in India with 10 employees. Raised over $500,000 from the Nike Foundation, American Jewish World Services, Gray Matters Capital, and private donors; generated an additional $100,000 in fee for service payments

Participated in the pilot program of a social enterprise fellowship focused on improving affordable private education in India. Created a financially sustainable model for extracurricular activities for 11 low-cost private schools and 150 students
