Ashutosh is a passionate innovator and seasoned data and analytics leader with over two decades of experience in Wells Fargo and the Indian Army. He built and led high-performing analytics and data teams at Wells Fargo to support customer remediation analytics and regulatory compliance initiatives. He is also an Inventor Mentor who regularly helps teams solve innovative business and technical problems, resulting in new services, products, and patents. He is named in three granted US patents and 20+ pending patents. In 2020, he received the Invention of the Year award for his filed patents. While in the Indian Army, he served in the Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineering, where he held diverse portfolios for 20 years, ranging from Officer Commanding of a technical team of over 200 men to driving open innovation for the Indian Army with the help of the industry, academia, research labs, and startups. He also helped draft the Indian Army's first AI policy for equipment maintenance. As an ardent innovator, he led the development of key systems and created a culture of innovation, resulting in several innovations being executed in the team. He and his team received several awards for innovations. Ashutosh is pursuing a PhD in artificial intelligence at IIT Kharagpur. He has Six Sigma and Deep Learning certifications. As a thought leader, he has published papers and shared his ideas as a speaker in international forums.
