The National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives | La Mesa Emerging Leaders Program was founded in 2021 by members of the NALHE DFW Chapter with a desire to create a 6 month-long experience for emerging healthcare leaders. The program provides La Mesa mentees a seat at the table with other leaders in the healthcare industry.
