Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) efficient and top quality cocktail production, highly individualized and detail oriented guest experiences, poised efficiency, teamwork, and highly accurate and detailed interdepartmental communication. The Harvey House is a true fine dining experience in every aspect imaginable.

On a daily basis I am responsible for handling a multitude of constantly differing computer based tasks pertaining to our customers needs and wishes. Whether it be emergency gas leak calls or complex billing translation, I am responsible for providing satisfactory customer service to our many different customer inquiries. My position required a high level of organization, adaptability, and quick thinking. On top of my current workload, I consistently aim to learn and improve each day my skills in customer service and comprehension of our progressive business model. I have taken on multiple leadership roles while working at MG&E. A couple of these roles include tasks such as project coordination, and conducting department trainings for fellow coworkers on current procedural changes and departmental updates on a twice weekly basis. These jobs have been 100% voluntary on my part, and have encompassed responsibilities above and beyond expectations for a customer service representative in this capacity.

I was responsible for hand crafting delicious seasonal cocktails with hand squeezed fruit juices, maintaining a happy environment for patrons, and helping the wait staff and cooks to the best of my ability at all times. This position has taught me that the way to accommodate both quality and quantity in anything lies in the procedural execution and consistency.

R.E. Golden Produce is a locally based bulk grocery distribution resource for Madison, WI and surrounding area restaurants, Childcare facilities, educational institutions, and famously Epic Systems. As a team member I was responsible for selecting high quality produce items according to our customer’s needs, maintaining cleanliness and professionalism in the warehouse and on the road, and executing “daily routes” efficiently.

I was responsible for maintaining all aspects of the coffee house and ensuring customers receive top quality service and products.
