I coach clients as they overcome their barriers.PATH participants are disadvantaged individuals enrolled in our program temporarily as they gain education and work experience to improve their earning potential and lives.

I have implemented weekly, monthly, and annual processes for the planning, documentation, and completion of all income generating projects. My position in the University Business Career Center centers around marketing and administrative work for the On-Campus Internship program. The program manages 400+ students each semester in internship projects for 100+ companies. I was hired to assist in promoting and marketing this program, and also to assist the students during their internships.

Our team developed a resource plan to assist in the funding and establishment of this organization. This plan included training on competitive landscape analysis, research of 20+ grant foundations for funding, documented research of non-profit financial forecast planning, and connection to business develop resources.

I was hired directly from an internship. I worked with the CEO to research and explore online marketing ventures. I represented the company as a top three author on Quora.com, developed a scholarship program, and assisted is various other initiatives. We developed social media video advertisement boosting engagement over 1000%.
