I am a sophomore at East Carolina University in the Honors College, currently, I am looking to increase my network for opportunities such as shadowing experiences, research, and volunteering as well as talking to local providers in my desired field. As a public health major, I am interested in how early prevention and great patient-provider relationships can lead to life-long healthy practices. So far in my academic career, I have taken lots of science and health-based coursework, along with collaborating on research within ECU's College of Health and Human Performance as a Research Assistant. Currently, I am about to begin a job at UNC Lenoir Healthcare as a Medical Scribe in hopes to increase my network and gain invaluable experience from a variety of health professionals.
