The Director also oversees and ensures quality implementation of SSUSA programming at all sites throughout the region, ensuring quality execution by staff, coaches and volunteers of SSUSA’s mission and methodology

Developed relationships with local shelters, community centers, and nonprofit organizations aiming to serve at risk woman in San Francisco and created a program that inspired social change. The women's program used soccer as a way to bring about hope and connection in these women's lives on and off the soccer pitch through culture-building events (team celebrations, mentorship meet ups, of the pitch check-ins). Our team(s) had the opportunity to compete in 3 SSUSA National Cups and 3 SSUSA local Cups.

The San Francisco Program Manager is responsible for managing the development, execution and growth of SSUSA’s sport for social change programming in San Francisco across all program types (After School, Community Club, Soccer Club and Adult) as applicable. The PM is responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with partner agencies and community stakeholders, hiring, scheduling and supervising coaches, staff and volunteers, effectively marketing and communicating SSUSA information to participants and prospective participants in the region, ensuring all SSUSA administrative requirements are met.

As the SSUSA Summer Program Coordinator I was responsible for managing the development and execution of SSUSA’s sport for social change San Francisco summer program and adult women’s program.
