In my role as Systems Support Technician, I assist the Systems Librarian with day to day IT related matters, as well as process new equipment for library patrons use. Currently I also supervise, train and schedule library student assistants. I received my MBA from Claflin University in 2020.I have experience with working in small business development to include, working with startup and existing business, planning and coordinating educational workshops and events to provide entrepreneurs with information about resources available to them as well as working day to day with business incubation clients to help them start or grow their business. I am an active member of the FMU African American Faculty And Staff Coalition, where I serve as the current Awards Committee Chairperson. Each year the coalition solicits nomination for the Annual Diversity Award where I oversee the process from start to finish.
