As a project assistant, I oversaw data analysis for various DCC projects, resolving data collection and analysis issues. Within three months, I efficiently delivered data analysis for over 20 projects, showcasing adept management of high project volumes within tight deadlines.

ICWI is human rights monitoring and advocacy organization with its headquarters in New York, USA. With deep ties to the most important social movements in India, it both alerts international civil society to urgent and evolving priorities, and advocates for rights and protections of vulnerable populations.During my time with ICWI, I focused on producing research publications to raise awareness about the unlawful detainment of Human Rights Activists and collaborated with Solidarity and Coalition Building workgroups to connect ICWI's campaigns with international organizations. I contributed to developing responses to crises, fostered partnerships with civil society organizations in North America, cultivated relationships with journalists to amplify our advocacy efforts, and crafted press releases to reach wider audiences and garner support for ICWI's campaigns.
