GameStop was my second experience within the role of customer service. This time around, I knew what I was doing. Not only with my extensive knowledge of video games and consoles, my entire time within the workforce surfaced around interacting with people. My time as the coordinator tested my responsibility; I was responsible for teaching such content but also testing and evaluating what was being taught. I had to engineer activities and games that would both help and challenge the students. I had to plan days with time as a factor, and that meant understanding what was important to teach in such time frames. I also supervised and interacted with children that were not part of the program, which placed me into a role where I had to be an example for all to follow. Show less

I assisted Mrs. Viarella in her school visits and tours by giving first hand experience on being a student at the college.
