Children's Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) In-Home Therapy Program• Support the implementation of a treatment plan with In-Home Therapist to assist the youth and the family in achieving their goals.• Teach the youth to understand, direct, interpret, manage, and control feelings and emotional responses to situations and assist the family in addressing the youth's emotional and mental health needs.• Provide services in Spanish and English.

• Supervise 160 campers 7-16 years old and 80 staff members throughout the summer.• Conduct daily group supervision and weekly individual with 20 leadership team members. • Coordinate and implement daily programming and ensure the supervisory team works effectively. Work with the supervisory team to make necessary adjustments during the COVID-19 crisis.

• Provide administrative, development, programmatic, and case management support within survivor-led programming serving commercially sexually exploited youth.• Collaborate to create new training resources including new training, From App to Exploitation: Commercial Sexual Exploitation in the Digital Space.

Oversee climbing facility, ensure patron safety, provide routine maintenance on climbing walls, and educate patrons. Previously the employee coordinator. Managed twenty student staff members and hiring.Previously the events coordinator. Organized community-building events at Oberlin College and with other climbing facilities.

Provide one-on-one tutoring and mentoring to support college readiness and access for middle and high school students with high financial need or who would be the first in their families to attend college.

Coordinated and implemented daily programming for a 9-week summer camp program as well as 3 weeks of staff training. Managed 15 staff and the experience of roughly 500 youth throughout the course of the summer. Collaborated with the supervisory team to pivot during the COVID-19 crisis, including transitioning from overnight to day camp by redesigning the structure and schedule of daily camp life. Ensured safety of the camp program in accordance with ACA, State, and YMCA standards. There were no confirmed or suspected COVID-19 cases all summer.

Supervised 400 12-14-year-olds and 90 staff members throughout the summer.Designed programming, supported and mentored staff members and campers, managed camper mental and physical health, wellbeing, and fun. Conducted written and verbal performance evaluations of all staff within the unit.Served as a liaison between parents and campers.

Co-facilitate weekly girls empowerment groups with vulnerable middle and high school students. Contribute to programming development on topics pertaining to gender.

Worked within an addiction recovery program serving Spanish-speaking adult men and women. Facilitated a weekly group and provided administrative support.

Facilitate leadership and character development, group cohesion, camper health and wellbeing and fun for two groups of fifty 15-16-year-olds.

Provided administrative, development and programmatic support within survivor-led programming serving commercially sexually exploited youth.Helped support events, including an annual fundraiser that hosts over 400 people. Assisted in the revision of a life skills curriculum for transition-age survivors of exploitation.

Oversaw all programming throughout the summer for girls ages 7-15.Provided supervision and support to the junior counselor, counselor in training, and leader in training.

Co-wrote eight-lesson curriculum for middle school girls that focuses on feminism, confidence and combating issues of gender inequality.Applied for and received grant funding from the Brookline Community Foundation.Piloted and co-facilitated the program in Spring 2017. Program is still in operation.
