Expected to perform a variety of duties for the recruitment of CAREGivers. The recruitment and Engagement Coordinator is expected to recruit, screen, hire, train, and engage staff of CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.The Engagement aspect of the role is to plan employee parties and show employee appreciation for all employed CAREGivers. When recruiting, also attend job fairs, career fairs, job centers as well as reach out to colleges/gosh schools and plan speaking engagements and recruit employees that way instead of waiting for applicants.Scheduling CAREGivers with clients to form a full time/part-time schedule. Filling shifts last minute due to call offs or emergencies such as no call no shows or call offs last minute.Making sure the billing is correct at the end of each pay cycle, adding mileage to clients bill from the CAREGiver driving the client to outings, etc.

Perform tasks including assistance with personal hygiene and grooming, feeding and ambulating, medical monitoring, medication administration, meal prep and transportation.

Welcoming and seating guests to the correct server. Taking orders, communicating them effectively to the kitchen and in addition, memorizing the menu and offering recommendations to upswell menu items.
