In my role as a technical support assistant, I was tasked with providing comprehensive assistance to customers facing software, hardware, and computer-related challenges. This involves supporting CSU faculty, staff, and students in navigating various Central Systems, including but not limited to NetID, university email, Microsoft Suite, Canvas, and network connectivity. I was committed to delivering prompt and effective solutions through both phone and email support channels. Additionally, I offered walk-in technical assistance for a wide range of personal computing devices, including desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets, ensuring seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
