After Summer 2019 internship, invited back as a consultant.Designed City of Palo Alto Stormwater Rebate Program web pages and supported the expansion of the rebate program through outreach materials such as drafting promotional materials for the monthly City Sustainability e-newsletter published September 2020.Assisted in implementing the cost-sharing agreement between Valley Water and the City of Palo Alto. This partnership increased rebates by 40% - 450% without incurring additional costs to the City or Valley Water.Supported the migration of Stormwater database material for Provisions C.3, C.4, C.5, and C.6 inspection sites/forms as part of the Municipal Regional Stormwater Permit, organized inspection data using Microsoft Excel for over 800 sites, transforming data into usable attribute tables for use in ArcGIS and updated inspection software.Researched community engagement program models, made recommendations for future stormwater projects based on findings.
