Schedule Engineer supporting over 900 cell site upgrades for the AT&T Mobility Project. In this role I track and analyze schedule deviations, produce corrective action reports for Management, and hold weekly status meetings with all organizations and subcontractors. I create performance reports using EVM and report to both management and the client on status. I work with the Lead Field Coordinator to levelize cell sites by subcontractors, forecast start dates, and material delivery dates.

Schedule Engineer for the Monticello Extended Power Uprate Project. In this outage I produced the Daily Earned Value Report for Bechtel / Xcel senior management on the night shift. This report tracked the nuclear outage progress by monitoring the schedule and cost performance with SPI & CPI. Utilized Primavera software paired with Excel to track activity burndowns and closeout activities in the scheudule. Reported on commodity curves and tracking tools. Supported daily Schedule meetings and updates in P6.

Cost/Schedule Engineer. Managed and maintained all cost and schedule deliverables for several Engineering Nuclear jobs (Exelon, Constellation, STP). Held weekly schedule meetings, both internally and with clients to provide status updates. Coordinated with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to ensure timely completion of activities within the schedule and to review activity logic sequences in P6. Produced the Project Financial Report every quarter. Updated Cashflows monthly. Maintained all cost tracking tools using propierty programs, Microsoft Access, and Excel to track charges to the projects and submit accurate invoices to clients. Produced schedule and cost performance metric reports (CPI & SPI) for Bechtel/Client. Analyzed any over/underruns for labor and cost. Submitted monthly accruals to the client. Produced purchase orders, trends, and change orders. Created schedules and cost estimates for bid packages.

Project Controls Summer Hire at Motiva CEP. Built the foundation of my project controls skills by using Excel and a Proprietary PCL Program to report on work package status and schedule status. I created and maintained work packages to support Motiva CEP on its refinery expansion project. Helped track and maintain change orders.

Project Controls Intern. Created Bid Packages, proposals, and performed material takeoffs on civil projects involving highway upgrades and toll booth installations.
