As the Foundational Staff Engineer for Qvest's GenAI Practice, I am responsible for Leading the Practice from top to bottom. - Research and Development of internal AI/ML projects with the goal of ultimately integrating LLM features and functionality into Virtru's product offering.- Lead the design, architecture, and development of Virtru's new Microapplication-based front end platform. - This included designing the base microapp controlling system with a pluggable architecture, building internal microapplication specific tooling allowing cross-functional teams to easily build new microapplications, as well as managed the full migration of all of Virtru's existing web applications to our new microapplication architecture. - The new microapplication architecture has resulted in shorter development cycles, simpler and more frequent deployments, and a massive simplification of our frontend architecture, ultimately lowering our maintenance costs.

- AI: Designed and Deployed a Computer Vision model trained on local property listings, purposed to identify common areas of a home, in any given picture. - AI: Designed and trained a conversational AI purposed to answer questions for, and assist prospective home buyers, before vetting the potential lead and applying a "hot lead" score- AI: Designed and built a generational AI model purposed to ingest all of the data relevant to a particular property listing, and then generate a human readable and "conversational" description of the property. This model also allows the user to request that specific features of the home (like the safety of the neighborhood) be included in the final description.- Cloud/Dev Ops: Build and deployed a fully automated deployment tool-chain utilized when deploying our microservices- UI: Built the complete utils, tooling, lifecycle, and UI of our web management platform.
