During my 3rd internship with Buhler, I received extensive training pertaining to Autodesk Inventor for both customer service parts and in the transition to SAP. I was expected to be knowledgeable about on-site equipment and operations and this necessitated independent study and an enthusiasm to learn. My accomplishments included creating new 3D drawings of machine parts that enabled a smooth transition to SAP.

I was tasked with designing two new lab machines that would help retire older models. I was expected to organize meetings with application, design, electrical and process engineers to design new lab units which included a up flow/down flow cooler and a universal external heating system for the lab equipment.

I was tasked with learning all the lab equipment, rewriting all the lab equipment manuals and assisted with an exhaust system guideline for the production scale machines.

During my 8 week internship with Verizon, I helped customers troubleshoot their cell phone issues.
