I am co-chair of the Private Company Transactions (M&A) Group. I advise private companies in Canada and the US across a range of corporate matters, from mergers and acquisitions to other business combinations, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, corporate governance, and commercial leasing. I also assist not-for-profit and societies’ clients on matters pertaining to their governance and structuring. I bring a pragmatic and highly solution-oriented approach to my work for my clients, from designing through executing a plan for each of my clients to ensure they realize the business and legal outcomes most important to them. I focus on helping my private company clients achieve business growth that aligns with their strategic objectives. As Supervising Lawyer of Clark Wilson’s Corporate Services Department, I oversee the firm's provision of annual maintenance and corporate compliance services to private company clients, as well as incorporations and registrations.
