• Create/ Manage BoP’s and procedures for new projects• Implement Lean Principals and 6 Sigma to new/existing projects• Build prototype of new laser project/ communicate with design team for changes• Perform troubleshooting on laser/electronics systems and record for FMEA• Perform DMAIC to lead a green belt project for continuous improvement• Use SPC to improve manufacturability of projects• Use Zemax to perform recomps for optical systems• Use SAP to track parts and update BoM’s• Perform RCA for all troubleshooting to mitigate future issues• Lead testing/manufacturing engineer for new serial production project• Design cleanroom area for new projects• Perform MSA and GR&R on key measurement systems for products

• Assist operators in troubleshooting optics for optical lithography systems• Test for design issues in optical systems affecting manufacturing • Investigate root causes of issues in optical systems• Create and edit engineering test plans and work instructions for operators• Work in ISO 6 cleanroom environment• Model diffraction and aberrations using physics to mitigate issues in optical systems• Utilized laboratory equipment such as Shack-Hartmann wave front sensors, telescopes, and interferometers to characterize optical systems• Operate under 6S and Kaizen principles of continuous improvement• Track and edit BoP and BoM for assemblies, sub-assemblies, and individual parts• Utilize statistical process control to increase manufacturing efficiency• Address material defects and disturbance notices on the production floor• Act as quality control for the production floor• Communicate efficiently in a team manufacturing setting• Track data to reduce cycle times
