I am currently in my second year at San Diego State University studying business. I have been working on-campus at Shake Smart for over a year, and have loved working alongside fellow students. I am going abroad for the Fall 2024 semester to the Ca’ Foscari University in Venice. I plan to take quite a few business classes while I am there, and cannot wait to learn important information while surrounded by business students from all over the world! This summer, I will be interning at the FivePine lodge in Sisters, Oregon. It was recently named the number three hotel in the United States by TripAdvisor, and feel honored that I get the opportunity to learn from the best. I believe my organization, cleanliness, and overall communication skills I have gained from the food industry will help me excel in this position and future positions. Upon my return from Italy at the end of this year, I will be eager to use the knowledge I learn abroad to excel in another internship position.
