I take customer designs from requirements to full production. I demonstrate and market TouchNetix devices, assist with the design of the Touchscreen, configure the touch controller to the specific design environment, support the customer throughout the life of the project, aid with manufacturing and manufacturing test, and give continued long term support.-A customer wanted a physical design outside of guidelines, so I designed the part in Fusion 360 CAD software, exported an STL file, and 3D printed a prototype. Then I sent the file to the customer so that they could print it themselves. A separate customer had an idea for a new use of our products, so I printed a prototype for proof of concept as well as internal development of the feature.-A customer reported issues with our drivers and a particular Linux distribution and our products. I recreated his environment using a virtual machine so that I could guide them through the process of getting the driver to work correctly.-Write software tools (primarily in Python) including a command line visual representation of touch locations, a GUI frontend for comparing configurations using GitHub, and layout generators for particular screen sizes and aspect ratios.-I write, film, and edit youtube videos demonstrating our features that give TouchNetix a competitive advantage. -Attend trade shows and customer meetings to demonstrate our solution's capabilities and gather customer requirements to kick of new wins for TouchNetix.
