I am an undergraduate student at the George Washington University with a deep-rooted passion for understanding human behavior and the dynamics of organizational success. As I navigate my academic pursuits, I am excited to deepen my understanding of human cognition, emotion, and behavior. Simultaneously, my studies in business have ignited my curiosity in organizational dynamics. Beyond my academic endeavors, I am committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of my life. I am a firm believer in the impact of DEI on employee motivation and organizational success. As an intern at David Ciliberto Enterprises, I learned the value of education in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
