Hello! My name is Avery Elias, and I am a second-year student at The Ohio State University planning on graduating in May 2026. I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a finance specialization through the Max M. Fisher College of Business. I am one of 29 students selected apart of the Honors Leadership program where I will learn principled leadership theories and skills. I will complete a contract challenge as well that is focused on professionalism and leadership development. I am a member of the Undergraduate Business Women's Association(UBWA) where I am taught different skills pertaining to professional development. I have participated in a case study competition with UBWA that involved giving a detailed report and presentation of our findings and recommendations.
