Responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of HCA’s Military Veteran and Military Spouse recruiting, hiring, and retention programs. This includes but is not limited to development of strategic recruiting/hiring initiatives and programs to encourage company-wide support of Military Veterans and Military Spouses. • Assess and Identify hiring needs that can be filled with Military Veterans and Military Spouses• Work collaboratively with key leadership to develop hiring and retention programs for Military Veterans and Military Spouses• Work with key division and corporate leadership to develop programs to meet their specific staffing needs both clinical and nonclinical • Develop and maintain internal training programs for Recruiters and Hiring Managers • Leverage internal relationships to build a strong Military Veteran and Military Spouse recruiting/hiring and retention program • Build and maintain a consultative relationship with key management• Work in partnership with Military, Federal, State, Public and Private sector organizations to build strong relationships which in turn will build stronger internal programs • Maintain and create reporting for Veteran partnership organizations and federal agencies • Be creative in encouraging Military Veterans and Military Spouse to pursue HCA as an employment/career option• Mentor/council Military Veterans and Military Spouses as they navigate the hiring process at HCA or partnered companies• Be a leader in the Military Veteran and Military Spouse community outside of HCA

Director of Strategic Support/Recruiting and Hiring Manager•Manage the Recruiting, Hiring, Training, Corporate Communications and Product Fulfillment departments within REPS•Developed and designed a recruiting process that allows a minimal size recruiting staff which has exceeded all company hiring expectations •Implemented a Digital Training process which converted heavily paper based training into a more streamline cost effective training system. This change has resulted in an estimated annual savings of 163K. Digital training has also proven to be much more effective•Key member of the Executive Team that has implemented a new business model which improved operational execution•Oversee the distribution of all company-wide communications. Conceived and led a project to convert weekly paper mailings to electronic data which saves over $245k per year•Source, Recruit, Interview and Hire Technologists, Managers, Account Executives, Directors and Field Staff
