As a researcher passionate about the intersection of national security and emerging technologies, I bring a multidisciplinary background in psychology, international affairs, and computer science to tackle complex global challenges.I recently completed a 6-month internship at 2430 Group where I honed my expertise in open- and commercial-source collection, research, and analysis. My work focused on conducting due diligence to identify foreign ownership, control, and influence (FOCI) risks, tracking and analyzing Russian disinformation narratives across global platforms, and monitoring subsea cable repair ships to trace their connections to state-sponsored actors. I also utilized databases and generative AI tools to expedite research processes with complex datasets, which enhanced my ability to analyze emerging threats effectively.In addition to this hands-on experience, I have a strong foundation in research, communication, and programming from my academic career at Wake Forest University, where I graduated with honors in psychology after conducting quantitative research on generative AI and its influence on public opinion. I also gained insights into government processes through internships at the Government Accountability Office and the Department of Education.Looking ahead, I am eager to further develop my skills in cybersecurity and technical analysis while contributing to solutions that address critical national and global security challenges.
